There are many factors affecting the temperature of fluidized bed boilers. Generally speaking, the volume of the coal is large, the temperature will be high. And vise visa. If a constant fluidized bed combustion boiler temperature is needed, then the quantity of the coal should be stable.

The coal quality is another important factor. The quality of the coal contains the low heat value, the ash content, water content and the sulfur content. Although circulating fluidized bed boiler has good fuel adaptability and can burn interior fuel for certain fluidized boiler, it can only adapt itself to a certain coal.

The first is the low heat value. When the the low heat value changes, the hot balance in the bed will directly affect the boiler’s temperature. Furthermore, it will not only influence the combustion but also influence the ash and dust discharge. The higher the coal’s low heat value is, the higher the theoretical temperature will be, the higher the fluidized boiler temperature will be.

Secondly, the effect of ash content. The higher the ash content is, the more coal it will need to maintain the constant temperature, the more ash the fluidized bed boilers will produce. Therefore, the ash will effect the fluidized bed combustion boiler’s temperature.

Thirdly, the effect of the water content.The water content of tower crane is closely related with the coherence. When the water content is lower than 7%, it is almost dry fuel. When it exceed 7%, the coherence will grows rapidly. When exceed 10%, the repose angle is very big and block the coal sending system. Meanwhile, the temperature of the discharging smoke caused by water will be proportional to the water content of the coal. When the water content increase, the temperature will decrease dramatically, the more coal will be needed to feed in the fluidized boiler. Therefore, the water content should not more than 9%, otherwise, the combustion efficiency will decrease.
